Bertie's Banqueting Rooms
Having gone through a major refurbishment program
during 2004; Bertie's Banqueting Rooms has become one of the most
popular venues for weddings, parties, and events in the north of
England. The catering facilities are second to none and the sheer
elegance of the interior cannot be equalled.
Number One Brook Street was the last room to be refurbished
and can accommodate up to 150 diners. This room is completely self
contained with its own entrance and cloakrooms.

The
Rene Mackintosh is the big downstairs room in the main part of the
building and can be used either as a function room in it's own right
or it can be used as a reception bar when combined with the upstairs
ballroom. This room room can accommodate up to 100 guests for dining
or approximately 250 as a bar.
The Crystal Ballroom is the big upstairs room in the
main building and is absolutely magnificent (a must see). It can
cater for about 200 for a dinner and dance or 250 just for a sit
down dinner.
All the rooms at Bertie's are licensed for civil wedding
ceremonies

Piano availability at Bertie's Banqueting Rooms
At the moment there is no piano at Bertie's so I would usually
have to bring my digital piano (which can be heard on any of the
mp3s on this site). The piano in the picture (above) was hired.
