This is is my repetoire page
I
have attempted to give you a list of my regular repertoire. I say
attempted because every week I think of songs that I haven't played
for a while and keep having to add them to the list. Sometimes I
wonder if it will ever be complete. I have performed many genres
of music but my real passion lies in the great jazz standards of
the 20th century and you will no doubt notice that this
is reflected in the content of the following pages. As a musician
it doesn't seem to matter what genre you belong to, these classics
can usually be adapted to fit your style - they will never be dated.
A lot of them have such rich harmonies and great melodic content
that I feel that it would be impossible to play them badly. Any
pianist can play 'Moonlight in Vermont' - it just plays itself.
The
links below (A-D, E-H etc.) will take you to my song list pages
which are in alphabetical order. If you right click on the highlighted
songs and then left click on 'Save Target As...' - you will be able
to download MP3s of me.
Here's 'As
Time Goes By' to get you started.
I
can also play some classical if the occasion arises and I'm usually
willing to learn any requests that people may have.
